We've got some of the FAQ's covered here. The most important thing to know about our club is that we're all about getting our bodies moving in an inclusive and fun way. And we can't wait to meet you!
What's the LAB CC directory?
The LAB CC directory is a list of all our amazing community members' businesses, you'll find coaches, physios, nutritionists and more.
You can add your business or side hustle to the directory, and we would encourage you to offer a little something for other members, like a discount, special offer or gift with purchase.
How do I access the events?
We use the Stack Team app. One of the main reasons we use this over facebook is to align to our No D*ckheads value. There is a lot of negative and toxic energy on Facebook and we know people are moving away from the platform. We wanted to use a platform that was focused on our purpose.
The stack team app has a number of great community features like a gallery and a chat function as well as the scheduling of events.
What are the meet ups & events?
We will be hosting a huge range of informal meet ups throughout the year. These will be a combination of in person events like a social ride or run, and also online events like a chat with an expert.
The aim of these events is to have a safe place to train with friends, try out new things in a supportive environment and to get out of your comfort zone a little.
These events are 'crowd sourced' so they are hosted by members, for members. If you want to show off your local trail run, favourite bike route or a cool swim spot, get in touch so we can add it to the schedule.
We're also open any great ideas you have, like an everesting challenge or a 100x100's swim. If you're thinking about doing it, I bet someone else in the club will be keen!
Where can I apply or sign up?
Our club is open to anyone, any time. There is no application, but we strongly recommend you check over our values to make sure we're your kind of people. If you think this is you then just need to purchase the membership and we start.

One year membership is $150. But we are also offering discounts if you want to sign up for multi years. We're in it for the long haul so want to give you a chance to be too.

Getting out of a jam
The club has been an amazing community to be part of, but no more so than when we were driving from QLD to Huskisson for the tri only to be told the night before we arrived that our accommodation was double booked so we haev no where stay. After a quick post on the group, Kim (who I had never met!) offered her campsite, tent, food and all. We had so much fun we booked side by side camp spots in Port Mac Ironman.

Lifelong friendships
From all the way over in the USA, I met a group of people who have become lifelong friends. We met up after being the small group of USA athletes, after some chatting on social media, we decided to go on a camping trip together. We did some sport, ate good food, and chatted the night away. We now travel all over the country and the world to race together. I would never have met these people who are now my closest friends without the club.
